A. MAS services 23 counties, the entire metro area and numerous out of metro counties. MAS is continually expanding its coverage area adding more counties every year.
Q. Are MAS prices fair and reasonable?
A. Yes, MAS is extremely competitive and fair priced. We offer low flat fees on almost every kind of search. There are no hidden costs!
Q. Is MAS fully insured?
A. Yes, MAS has been in business for over 10 years and has always carried full errors and omissions insurance. A copy of our insurance binder is available online. With over a quarter of a million files completed, MAS is still claim free!
Q. What kind of turn around time does MAS provide?
A. It is our commitment to provide our customers with 24-48 hour service on all residential searches within our 23 county search area. One to five business day turn around time for all Commercial, Acreage and Rural searches.
Q. How do I order a search?
A. There are four easy ways to place an order. Become a online customer and order online or if you prefer, order via email, fax, or phone.
Q. How do I pay for files that I ordered?
A. Once we have set you up in our system our billing department will invoice you twice a month.
Q. When are invoices due?
A. Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Q. Does MAS charge cancellation fees?
A. No, you only pay for files that you order and receive. If you have not received your order and you decide to cancel, you pay nothing.
Q. Does MAS charge rush fees for same day service?
A. No, we have never charged rush fees. We strive to accommodate our customers and do everything within our power to meet their request.
Q. When can I place an order?
A. MAS is open 12 hours a day from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. CST Monday - Friday. You can speak to our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives during that time or order after hours online, by email or fax.
